4) The Ienant shall obtain and maintain civil liability insurance coverage in an amount of no less than $2,000,000 for the duration of the lease. Proof of such insurance must be provided to the Landlord prior to the delivery of the keys and occupancy of the premises.
5) The Tenant agrees to maintain the premises in a clean and proper condition and to return the dwelling at the end of the lease in the same condition as received at the beginning of the tenancy, subject only to normal wear and tear.
6) No pets shall be permitted in the dwelling without the prior written authorization of the
Landlord.
